Event Hire Information

The Showroom and Workstation's luxury auditoria, flexible rooms and state-of-the-art facilities are all available for personal hire. We provide the perfect environment for any event: from small, intimate parties to grand celebrations and elegant entertainments.

Our experienced front of house and technical staff will ensure that you get the event you want. And whatever your food and drink needs, our professional catering team can serve you with style.

We offer premier quality facilities in a central location with transport links beyond compare: 5 minutes from Sheffield Train and Bus Stations, with easy access from the M1 and Sheffield Airport.

Desert Island Film screenings

Here at the Showroom Cinema we can offer you the unique opportunity of transforming one of our luxury auditoria into your very own living room, showing one of your favourite films.

No matter how expensive your television or how large your lounge, nothing can compare with the experience of gathering fifty of your friends and family, relaxing into our comfortable seats and indulging in a piece of cinematic history with our high quality film and digital projection and Dolby Surround Sound.

We can make your day even more memorable by providing superb canapés and buffets, prepared by our dedicated staff to the highest standards.

Desert Island Films are shown on Saturdays and Sundays at 2.00pm and 4.00pm, and are available in three packages:

Standard – £300
» 50 tickets to your chosen film

Advanced – £750
» 50 tickets to your chosen film
» Finger buffet and glass of wine

Deluxe – £1000
» Canapés and a glass of wine
» 50 tickets to your chosen film
» Finger buffet and glass of wine

Please note that we require two months notice to arrange a Desert Island Film, and that due to the vagaries of the film distribution industry, your ideal choice may not always be available.

Weddings & Civil Partnerships

The Showroom & Workstation is a flexible venue for any stage of your special day. Start with an elegant Wedding Breakfast, served in our intimate restaurant. With seating space for up to 50, or standing room for 100, our restaurant is also suitable for an evening buffet and drinks reception.

For larger parties, the Workstation makes a stylish reception area; seating up to 200 or as a standing party space for 380. We have a selection of traditional and contemporary menu options available for all numbers, and our bars can be stocked to your preferences so that your favourite tipple is always on hand.

For couples with a penchant for the unique, our cinema screens are also available – recreate your very first dinner-and-a-movie moment, or celebrate your commitment with your favourite sentimental romantic comedy.

Parties & Receptions

The Showroom & Workstation has two spaces suitable for private party hire: The Showroom Café can seat up to 50 for dinner and hold up to 100 for a standing buffet or reception.

For larger parties the Workstation is also available for hire: a large, modern space with a split level mezzanine gallery feature. Popular for DJ nights and live band performances, it also lends itself well as a pure, blank canvas for our theme nights. Fly in the face of convention and let us help you create a Hawaiian beach, a night at the Oscars, the Greatest Show On (or Off) Earth… the only limit is your imagination!
