Conference Venues For Hire

The Showroom & Workstation has a wide variety of spaces available to hire for a broad range of functions. Our rooms and friendly staff can cater for bookings from a two-person interview with coffee, to full-day presentations with hundreds of delegates, each wanting something delicious for lunch.

Our facilities include video, slide and data projection, ISDN links, exhibition spaces, simultaneous translation facillities, Wi-Fi Internet access, video conferencing and integral PA and sound systems. Download (PDF, 18KB): Facilities Grid.

All public areas of the Showroom and Workstation are fully accessible to people using wheelchairs.

Showroom 5

Showroom 5 is our 65 seater conference room, recently refurbished to excellent technical standards. Well utilised by groups and organisations from around the country, it also serves well as a breakout room and education space for Sheffield schools. Well lit, spacious and flexibly designed, it is a fantastic space to hire for large meetings, product launches and conferences. Conference Rooms 1 and 2

Conference Rooms 1 and 2 are our smaller conference rooms, suitable for small meetings, interviews and training sessions. The rooms can be equipped to meet your needs with flip charts, pens, pads, overhead or data projector and tea, coffee or light refreshments can be served. They can each seat up to 16 people. Situated just two minutes walk from Sheffield Central Railway Station and with impressive reception facilities - it’s an ideal venue for your event. Cinemas 1-4

Our four luxury auditoria have capacities ranging from 83-282, boasting some of the highest quality, most comfortable tiered seating available. Each cinema boasts top quality state-of-the-art digital and film projection with Dolby Digital surround sound. Cinema 3 is equipped with individual note tables for lectures. Workstation Reception and Mezzanine

The Workstation Reception and Mezzanine is a large, modern space, available for private hire, art exhibitions, parties, weddings and product or organisation launches for up to 380 people. The main space is split level with a mezzanine gallery feature. Virtual Tour on Spin Sheffield: Reception.

The Showroom Café
